Is the Print Success free shipping service available worldwide?

We offer standard free shipping to USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.  

Print Success aims to keep growing, and we’ll have some new locations in the very near future. But we do currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, and Australia for free!

Of course, the length of time that delivery will take will be dependent upon where you live. Usually, when we ship our excellent products, they will be received by our customers between 5 and 7 days later. We always aim to ship on the day of the order. There are, however, some locations where the delivery time is a little longer. But the maximum you can expect to wait is 10 business days.

How long after an item is ordered will Print Success ship it?

When Print Success receives an order, we then calculate the amount of time shipping will take in working days. Usually, your order will arrive between 5 and 10 days after it has been processed. We aim to dispatch our orders on the same day as we receive the order. That means that the longest you should wait if you take advantage of our free shipping policy, is 10 days, but it will often be with you sooner. If you’re ordering during a holiday or popular shopping period, then orders can take longer.

Print Success will keep you informed of the status of your order. Once we’ve got it ready for you, then you’ll receive all the necessary information via email, and this will include the name of the delivery service, as well as a tracking number.

* At times of high demand, such as during holiday periods or times when there is an increase in people shopping, then delivery time will be a bit longer.

What sizes are the canvasses and how are they put together?

At Print Success, we offer canvasses in two different shapes, which are a standard shape and a wide shape.

Standard canvasses come in Small (16” by 12”), Medium (24” by 18”), Large (40” by 30”), and Extra Large (60” by 40”).

These dimensions are the same regardless of if you choose a landscape or portrait canvas.

When it comes to the quality of our products, we can always guarantee that they will be protected from dust, UV light, and other elements of the environment that would usually cause a canvas to discolor or fade. 

We always ensure that we only use materials that are kind to the environment. And we source only ethical materials too.

When we send out our canvasses, then we do so in pre-constructed form, meaning that the canvas will have been stretched and attached to a high-quality wooden frame. We also provide all the necessary hardware so that the canvas can be instantly hung once you’ve opened your package.

What do I do if I wish to cancel or alter my Print Success order?

If you want to amend your Print Success order, then you can do so within 12 hours of placing it.

As our print and fulfilment team are fast and efficient, after 12 hours, your order will have been dispatched. 

If you wish to amend your order within 12 hours, then you should contact our customer service team via email. You can find our email address on our website. Make sure to use the correct subject title for your email.

For cancellations, please use the subject ‘Cancel Order’, and for amendments, please use the subject ‘Change Order’.

To ensure that your request is fulfilled then make sure that you include the order number, as well as your full name. Ensure that these are the same as in the confirmation email you’ve received from us.

What is the Print Success Return Policy?

Print Success always wants our customers to be satisfied. We follow rigorous quality control procedures so that we can be completely confident in our products. If you want to return a product due to the print being damaged in transit, or having a defect, then you need to contact the Print Success customer service team via email. We will then provide you with the instructions for returning your order to us.

You must ensure that you do this prior to sending us your order. We will return your payment via the same method that you made it.

We cannot accept any refund after 30 days have passed from the purchase date. We cannot provide any refund for orders returned to us once the 30 days are up.

What do I do if I have received a damaged canvas?

We’re sorry to hear you’ve received a damaged canvas. At Print Success, we take quality seriously. No item will ever leave our facilities in anything other than 100% pristine condition. We always ensure that our canvasses are wrapped in ample padding so that damage shouldn’t occur during transit. If, somehow, you have received a damaged or defective canvas, then please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving it. Preferably, we would want this initial contact as soon as you have received the order.

When you contact us via email, please make sure to do the following:

  • Take photos of the canvas. We especially want to see the damage or defect. If the packaging is also damaged, then we would like to see photos of the packaging too. 
  • Then, send these photos to our customer service team via email address. You’ll find this email address on our website. When you email us, please ensure that you include the order number and also your full name. These details should be the same as you have used when making the order. We would also like to know some information about the damage. A short outline of the issue should suffice.
  • We aim to respond to our customers within 24 hours of receiving a complaint.

How can I pay for Print Success products?
