Free Shipping Policy
At Print Success, we operate a free standard shipping policy that applies to the vast majority of the world.
That’s because we have distribution centers in several locations around the world. At the moment, these facilities are located in UK, USA, Canada, and Australia.
Shipping Times (currently with Covid):
USA: 5-12 Days
Canada: 5-12 Days
United Kingdom: 5-12 Days
Australia: 6-12 Days
The amount of time that shipping takes depends on where we’re shipping to. Generally, an order will arrive at its desired destination in up to 10 working days after the order date.
We always use global delivery services that offer a tracking function. Currently, our products are delivered with Canadian Post, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and FedEx - but this does depend on the country we’re posting to.
Every single order that is made with Print Success will come with a free standard shipping option. With this option, then the delivery should arrive within 4 to 10 days after you’ve placed the order. We are, unfortunately, unable to give a specific delivery date.
If an incorrect delivery address is given to Print Success and our delivery service is unable to deliver the item, then it will be returned to the distribution center. In such cases, there will an extra charge given to the customer for restocking. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that they provide Print Success with the correct delivery details. If the delivery service attempts to deliver your order and it is refused or the delivery service discovers that the address is non-existent, then the order will need to be returned to us. Customers will then be charged with a restocking fee, but we can reship it to you, as long as we are given the correct address.
If it’s a time of year when Print Success is particularly busy – for example, during the holiday season or a busy shopping period – then we cannot confirm that our orders will arrive as punctually as usual. It is likely that the delivery time will be longer at these times of the year. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please order well in advance if you plan to order a product during these periods.
Tracking a Print Success Order
Tracking details for your delivery will be sent to you via email. This information will be sent once we have processed the order and it is ready to be dispatched.
Requesting a Change of Address
If you want to change the address of your Print Success order, then you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot accept any order changes once 12 hours have expired. Please ensure you enter the correct address.
At Print Success, nothing is more important to us than the happiness of our customers. We aim to offer satisfaction to each and every single customer who uses our services.
If you want to initiate a return to Print Success, due to a print defect or if your art was damaged in transit, then the first step is to contact our customer service team via email. You can find the email address on our website. You will be given instructions by our customer service team about the returns process. Do not post anything to Print Success before you have contacted our customer service team. We will always refund your money to the same method of payment that you used for the order, following proof of print defect/damage from transit.
We only accept returns within 30 days of the original date of delivery. We cannot provide a refund for any return that is made after the 30 day period has elapsed.
Delivery costs for returns are not covered by Print Success. We will not provide customers with pre-paid labels. All returns must be made at the customer’s expense.
Print Success recommends that customers use a reputable delivery company to take responsibility for the postage. Some companies that Print Success can vouch for are DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post.
Returns must arrive at the Print Success facilities in perfect condition. They must be unused and undamaged. If Print Success receives your order in this condition, then we will issue you a refund within 24 hours. The refund will be transferred to the same payment method as was used to pay for the order.
Print Success allows customers to cancel an order within 12 hours of it being placed.
If you do not cancel the order within this timeframe, then it is recommended that you initiate a return. In this case, you must follow the instructions as laid out in the Returns Policy above. The reason why we have a 12-hour deadline is that we will begin to manufacturer your canvas once the deadline is up, and that means we can no longer cancel the order.
